Mr. Eastin has reportedly stated he believes the 'hold up' on the expansion efforts were in large part due to personality conflicts - when he steps down he thinks there will be a 'better chance' for the expansion to be better received.
He never had a clue what the issue was and still doesn't it would seem.
Doesn't matter who they send to 'talk to us' they're going to get the same answer - NO!
